CURRENT PRACTICE

Concentrates current practice in insurance claims involving automobile accidents, trucking 
accidents resulting in serious injuries or wrongful death. Also representing insureds who have
 been denied insurance benefits in medical no-fault claims, property loss claims, disability and 
life insurance claims.

Thomas A Biscup
Associate Attorney 
Thomas A. Biscup  has been a licensed attorney for nearly 
20 years. He is cum laude graduate of Wayne State 
University Law School in Detroit, where he was a member 
of the Law Review and the Order of the Coif, among other 
honors. 

Tom has experience primarily in civil litigation and appellate 
work. He has practiced in the areas of environmental law, 
civil rights law, insurance law, commercial litigation, 
class actions, franchise litigation, and personal injury law, among others. 

Currently, Tom focuses primarily on litigation against insurance companies, and 
personal injury matters. Tom also has experience in labor and human resources 
management, working for an international union and for one of the largest engineering 
and construction firms in the United States. 

Tom is admitted to practice before the courts of the state of Michigan, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit in Cincinnati. Tom is admitted pro hac vice in the 
United States District Court for the District of Hawaii.
